Abstract
|
|
|
Dtermination of polyvinylpyrrolidon in blood volume expanders by means of near infrared spectrophotometery.
Determination of polyvinylpyrrolidon in the mixed medicines preperations of blood volume expenders was established by means of near infrared spectrophotometery.
According to the results, the following could be summerized;
1. The wavelength of maximum absorption to be used with determination of polyvinylpyrrolidon in clorform solution is at 2.26μ.
2. Limits of measurement of polyvinylpyrrolidon is 10~50㎎/㎖.
3. Laboratory-prepared samples of polyvinylpyrrolidon were analyzed by means of base line method, and can be accomplished with ease, speed and accuracy, and recoveries´mean ± standard deviation are 99.6±2.2% for polyvinylpyrrolidon.
